What this site doesn't do

• It doesn't use cookies, its own or third-party, which is why there's no banner.
• It doesn't use traffic analytics tools, pixels, or profiling.
• It has no forms: no data is entered or sent from these pages.
• It doesn't load resources from other domains: fonts and images live on this site.

Your language choice

If you pick a language from the switch at the top of the page, your browser remembers it on your device, in this site's local storage under the name phabdev-lang, so your next visit opens in that language. It stays on your device, is not sent to anyone and is not used to recognize you. You can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Hosting logs

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), which serves it from servers in the European Union as well. Like every web server, it logs technical request data (IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser) needed to run the service and detect abuse. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure; retention follows the provider's own technical timeframes, since it acts as a data processor for this data. The transfer to the United States relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses set out in Vercel's Data Processing Addendum.

If you write to me

Writing to phabdev@gmail.com is your choice: I use the data you send (your address and the content of the message) to reply to you and handle any follow-up, and for nothing else. The mailbox is provided by Google. Correspondence is kept for as long as it's useful to the relationship; you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Where the rest leads

The links to the product pages (sazyo.app, kesbatty.app, afelio.space, purrfectdominion.app, compilatore-f24.phabdev.com) lead to separate applications from the same data controller, each with its own privacy notice. The eCommerce infrastructure site is www.phabdev.it, with its own. The books are bought on Amazon and the professional profile is on LinkedIn: these are third-party services, and their own privacy notices apply when you use them.

Your rights

Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR give you the right to know what data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, object to its use, and receive it in a machine-readable format. You can exercise these rights by emailing phabdev@gmail.com; you will get a reply within a month, as required by the regulation.
